Bluboo X series smartphones overview

Bluboo is an interesting smartphone brand from China, which manages to provide a good portfolio of well-designed devices at quite affordable rates. The brand is relatively new.
The Bluboo X2 is currently the latest and best in terms of specifications smartphone of the company. It is very slim (6.9 mm) and compact. Its 5-inch IPS OGS display has a decent 720p resolution. The smartphone packs the already widely adopted MediaTek MT6592 SoC with an eight-core CPU clocked at 1.7GHz and a Mali-450 MP4 GPU clocked at 700MHz. It also includes 1GB of RAM, 8GB of internal memory, and a 1700 mAh battery. On the back is mounted an 8MP camera and the front one is a 2MP shooter. This dual-SIM device supports 2G GSM and 3G WCDMA networks, and runs on Android 4.3 Jelly Bean.
The Blueboo X4 does feature the latest Android OS - 4.4 KitKat and supports 2G, 3G and 4G LTE networks. It runs on a MediaTek MT6582M SoC and a MT6290 baseband chip. The quad-core CPU of the device is clocked at 1.3GHz, the ARM Mali-400 MP2 GPU is clocked at 416MHz. The smartphone functions with 512MB of RAM and 4GB of storage. It has a 4.5-inch FWVGA (854 x 480) IPS display as well as a 5MP rear camera and a 2MP front shooter.
The Bluboo X1 looks like an upgraded version of the Bluboo X4. It has the same MediaTek MT6582M SoC with a quad-core 1.3GH CPU but with more RAM and storage - 1GB and 4GB, respectively. The screen is also larger with better resolution - 5-inch IPS panel with a qHD (540 x 960) resolution. However, the smartphone runs on the older Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean. Its specifications also include a 1600 mAh battery, a 5MP rear camera, a VGA front snapper, dual-SIM capability and support for 2G GSM and 3G WCDMA networks.
One of the latest Bluboo offerings is the Bluboo X9 - a 4G enabled smartphone with a fingerprint sensor. The smartphone is equipped with Mediatek's 64-bit MT6732 chipset, announced in February this year. It includes a 1.3GHz quad-core CPU coupled with 1GB RAM and 8GB ROM memory, and runs Android 4.4 Kitkat out of the box. 5.0" HD 1280*720 IPS Screen, moderate with the protection of OGS technology. There is a 2MP front camera and a 8MP back camera. Support for WCDMA, FDD-LTE, and GSM internet. It also supports dual-SIM cards, WIFI, Bluetooth, GPS, etc.
